From Wilmington Delaware area:
Take State Route 1 South through the Dover Toll Plaza.
Shortly after the plaza (1-1.5mi) there will be an exit labeled >>Dover, Rt 8, Hosp<< Take this exit, it will drop you onto Route 8.
at the stop sign, turn left, go under Rt 1,
Turn Right onto Fox Road,
at the Stop Sign, turn Right again, This will be South Leipsic Road,
Go under Rt 1 again, continue straight for approx 200 yards, you will see “Tide Water Utilities” on the left, slow down.
On the left you will see a Gas Station / Laundromat / Pizza joint, JUST BEFORE THEIR PARKING LOT is Otis Drive, Turn left onto Otis, we are the second building on the Right.
From Chestertown Maryland area:
Take 213 south to 300
300 East to Everett’s Corner Road (where that cool truck sits in the field with the sign “lots for sale”)
Right onto 44 to Hartly, follow signs to Dover
This will bring you to Rout 13
Right onto 13, get into left lane
Bear left at 13/113 split
Turn Left at next light (South Little Creek Road). try to be in the right lane at the light, otherwise you get jammed-up in traffic turning into Target. Do not follow traffic into Target unless you really want to go there.
Continue Straight on S Little Creek Rd for about ½ mile. There will be a gas station on the right. Immediately after their parking lot is Otis Drive.
Turn Right onto Otis Drive, we are the second building on the Right.
Take Route 50/301 East.
Stay on Rt 301 for 8.5 miles
Turn Right onto Ruthsburg Road (Truck stop on right, the Circus Restaurant – tell them ‘Large Marge sent you’)
Stay on Ruthsburg Road for approx 9.5 miles to a stop sign (Ridgley)
Left onto Ridgley Bridgetown Road approx 2.5 mi to stop sign (must turn L or R)
Turn Right onto Suldersville Goldsboro Rd approx 3.5 mi (Goldsboro)
Go straight a stop sign, cross RR tracks. This road will turn into Delaware Rt 10.
Stay on this road for approx 15 mi (stop light in Camden / Wyoming)
Turn right at light on to Camden Wyoming ave. stay straight on this road for about 5 lights, approx 4mi to the north gate entrance of DAFB, turn left at this light.
You should now be on 113 North. Continue till you see TARGET.
Turn Right at the last light before Target (Mobil on right, Royal farms on Left).
This is South Littlecreek road.
Do not follow traffic into Target unless you really want to go there.

Turn Right onto Otis Drive, we are the second building on the Right.
From Cambridge, Easton, Denton Maryland Area:
Follow your favorite route to Denton.
Wye Mills: take 404 (Don’t forget to turn your headlights on)
Easton take: 328
Cambridge: your on your own!, (just kidding) take 50 north to Easton, or 392 to Federalsburg then 404, your choice.
What we are looking for is 313 North, From RT404 look for McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Burger King, and a big gas station with an Arby’s. This is 313!
Get onto 313 heading north (away from Denton) travel ½ mile to ‘Oil City’, turn right onto Burrsville Road. Continue straight till Harrington, Left (North) on Rt13 to Felton OR TAKE THE SHORT CUT! : from Oil City onto Burrsville Road, 1 mile, turn left onto Garland Road, (you should not pass the red and white antenna tower) 1 mile, right onto Shepherd Road, straight to Knife Box Road, Right onto Knife Box, to Whites Lane, Left onto Whites Lane, Stop at the flashing Red Light at Whitleysburg Road, continue straight to Felton Delaware, turn left onto Rt13 North.
Continue North on 13 to the Camden Light (Rt 10) approx 4.5 mi
Turn right at light on to Rt10. stay straight on this road for about 3 lights, approx 3mi to the north gate entrance of DAFB, turn left at this light.
You should now be on 113 North. Continue till you see TARGET.
Turn Right at the last light before Target (Mobil on right, Royal farms on Left).
This is South Littlecreek road.

From Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Salisbury Areas:
Take Rt 13 North to Dover (Camden light)
Continue North on 13 to the Camden Light (Rt 10) approx 52.5 mi from Salisbury.
Turn right at light on to Rt 10 stay straight on this road for about 3 lights, approx 3mi to the north gate entrance of DAFB, turn left at this light.
You should now be on 113 North. Continue till you see TARGET.
Turn Right at the last light before Target (Mobil on right, Royal farms on Left).
This is South Littlecreek road.

Take Rt 1 North to Dover, EXIT Rt 1 at the north side of DAFB (Last Exit before Toll)
Continue till you see TARGET.
Turn Right at the last light before Target (Mobil on right, Royal farms on Left).
This is South Littlecreek road.
Do not follow traffic into Target unless you really want to go there.
